Walk

Love it or loathe it.. we are not going to ignore it..

This may not not turn into a long love affair with Post Modernism but just see it as a brief flirtation and a one off date. Whether we swap numbers and never call each other again or we get into a taxi and go home for a nightcap is entirely up to you.

This will be a walk of two halves. In the morning we shall wander through Manchester city centre looking at the good, the bad and the ugly. We shall break for lunch and then travel by Metrolink (replacement bus) to Salford Quays to see some of the corporate excesses of the 1980s and the magnificent swansong of one of PoMo's greatest exponents James Stirling - The Lowry.

We shall break for lunch at HOME at around 12.30 and travel to Salford Quays via Deansgate tram stop at around 1.30 - Metrolink fare not included in cost of the event - please make your own arrangements for this - an adult return to MediaCity is £3. We shall be finished at around 3.30pm
